Lennox & Addington And Frontenac County

It’s a story of two counties located just a little outside of Kingston, Ontario. Lennox & Addington and Frontenac County flank the limestone city and are home to amazing trails and rambling country cycling.

Take a nice country drive north of Napanee and check out L&A’s newest Forest Trails at  The Pines in Flinton and experience 10 km of logging roads and single-track trails designed with curves and elevations.

Explore Napanee and warm your bones while you satisfy your rumble in your belly at The Waterfront River Pub & Terrace, a Cutting Edge Cookery Team in a limestone pub on the Napanee river.

Explore Frontenac County’s 55 km stretch of the K&P Trail system stretching from Orser Rd to Sharbot Lake. Once in Sharbot Lake more adventurous users can connect to an existing trail system that continues north, east, or west from there.

Check out these K&P Trails Maps.
